Terms of Service & Sovereign Corporate Charter

01 Master Preamble & Binding Legal Covenant

These Terms of Service and Sovereign Corporate Charter ("Charter" or "Terms") constitute an irrevocable, legally binding master covenant governing all digital interactions, commercial contracts, live DJ bookings, staging rentals, acoustic installations, high-end beverage distributions, property concierge mandates, and creative engagements with DJ REVVY GLOBAL (operating under Malaysian commercial enterprise registrations) and its singular Founder, Principal Creative Director, and Owner, Dj Revvy (collectively referred to as "the Enterprise", "the Company", "we", "us", or "the Founder").

By accessing this platform, initiating an inquiry, submitting a booking form, issuing a purchase order, paying a retainer, or contracting any of our business divisions, you ("Client", "Patron", "Promoter", or "User") unconditionally, irrevocably warrant that you possess full legal capacity and unreservedly agree to be bound by every provision of this Charter.

02 Intellectual Property & Absolute Asset Sovereignty

DJ REVVY GLOBAL and its Founder maintain absolute, unyielding, and non-dilutable intellectual property sovereignty pursuant to the Copyright Act 1987 of Malaysia (Act 332), the Trademarks Act 2019 of Malaysia (Act 815), and all applicable international treaties (including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and the WIPO Copyright Treaty):

• Sole and Exclusive Ownership: All logos, insignias, brand marks, the signature "R." monogram, the stylized wordmark "DJ REVVY GLOBAL", audio recordings, live DJ concert mixes, studio bootlegs, mashups, stems, acoustic presets, lighting DMX choreography, visual designs, brochures (including the MSC Event Management 2026 Brochure), photographic assets, cinematic reels, and website source code are the sole, exclusive, unalienable property of DJ REVVY GLOBAL and Founder Dj Revvy.
• Zero License or Title Transfer: No engagement, payment, sponsorship, or performance contract transfers, licenses, or assigns any right, title, or interest in the intellectual property of the Enterprise. All rights not expressly granted in writing by the Founder are strictly reserved.
• Anti-Scraping & AI Training Ban: Any automated scraping, downloading, reverse engineering, unauthorized broadcast, public re-distribution, or ingestion of any audio, visual, or digital asset into artificial intelligence or machine learning training datasets is strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to immediate statutory injunctions and punitive damages up to the maximum statutory limit in the High Court of Malaya.

03 Executive Sovereignty & Unilateral Decision-Making Authority

To ensure the uncompromising prestige, safety, and operational excellence of the brand, all legal frameworks, commercial approvals, and operational decisions vest ultimate, unilateral decision-making authority solely and perpetually in the discretion of the Founder and owner of DJ REVVY GLOBAL (Dj Revvy).

04 Sovereign Personal Asset Protection & Corporate Shielding

Although operating as a proprietary enterprise under Malaysian commercial law, this Charter establishes a strict corporate veil and asset ringfence:

• Total Personal Asset Ringfence: All commercial, contractual, and performance obligations are undertaken solely on behalf of the commercial enterprise. The personal assets, family trusts, private estates, residential holdings, personal banking facilities, and non-commercial property of Founder Dj Revvy are completely insulated, judgment-proof, and shielded against any commercial claims, venue liabilities, promoter demands, or third-party lawsuits.
• Defense Shield Posture: Any legal action, demand letter, or regulatory grievance filed against the Founder personally in connection with enterprise operations shall constitute an immediate breach of this Charter, entitling the Founder to immediate summary dismissal and full indemnification of legal costs on an advocate-and-client basis.

05 2026 Luxury Commercial Pricing Architecture & Retainers

All commercial engagements across our eight business divisions strictly follow our verified 2026 rate architecture and official brochure standards:

• Bronze Event Management Package: RM 2,500 Nett (Sound: 2× Top Speaker, 2× Subwoofer, 2× Shure Wireless Mic · Lightings: 2× Moving Head Sharpy 230W, 6× LED Bucken 100W, 1× DMX Board · Entertainment: Professional Deejay).
• Gold Event Management Package: RM 15,000 Nett (Sound: 2× Full Top, 2× Double Sub, 2× Shure Mic, 1× Yamaha Digital Mixer · Lightings: Truss Goal Post, 8× Sharpy 230W, 10× LED Bucken 100W, DMX · Entertainment: Deejay Revvy, Emcee/Host, Professional Dancers · LED Screen: 3ft × 7ft Included · Complimentary: 6× Indoor Firework Confetti, Walkway, Cake Cutting).
• Platinum Event Management Package: From RM 20,000+- (Full Venue Decoration Setup: Entrance, Walkway Pillars, Chair Covers, Mandap, Wall Drapes, Dinner Table Setup + Full Sound & Lighting + Deejay Revvy + Emcee + Dancers + LED Screen 3×7ft + Complimentary Fireworks & Cake Cutting).
• Decoration Event Package: From RM 8,000+- (Comprehensive Architectural Styling, Mandap Setup, Entrance Grand Arch, Dinner Ambiance, Cake & Wine Pouring. Final price subject to space, venue location, and custom requirements).
• Verified Add-ons: Professional Dancers (RM 1,500 to RM 2,500), Emcee/Host (RM 1,000 to RM 15,000), Modular LED Screen 3ft × 7ft (RM 4,500).
• Non-Refundable Retainer: All performance dates and equipment bookings are secured exclusively upon payment of a non-refundable retainer (50% to 100%). In the event of client postponement or cancellation, retainers are non-refundable.
• Liquor & Beverage Settlement: Liquor supplies are distributed in full compliance with Malaysian excise laws. Cash deal volume discounts require immediate settlement upon delivery handover.

06 Technical Rider, Stage Security & Performance Sovereignty

For live concert tours, festival performances, and corporate staging:

• Rider Compliance: The client or promoter must guarantee pure, isolated power (clean sine wave, grounded circuitry), certified structural truss rigging, and hardware matching the DJ Revvy Technical Rider (Pioneer DJ CDJ-3000 / DJM-A9 / L-Acoustics / Yamaha Digital Mixer).
• Performance Halt Prerogative: If voltage instability, crowd violence, physical assault risks, lack of crowd barriers, severe rain/liquid intrusion, or stage instability threatens the physical safety of Founder Dj Revvy or our audio hardware, the Founder retains the unchallengeable right to shut down equipment immediately and depart the venue with ZERO refund obligation.

07 Absolute Limitation of Liability & Defense Shield

To the maximum extent permissible under the Contracts Act 1950 of Malaysia (Act 136) and applicable statutory law:

08 Strict Non-Circumvention & Liquidated Damages Covenant

All clients, promoters, event planners, and commercial patrons agree that all sound engineers, lighting technicians, emcees, dancers, staging crews, and beverage distributors introduced or deployed by DJ REVVY GLOBAL represent exclusive commercial relationships of the Enterprise.

Any attempt by a client or affiliate to bypass, solicit, or directly engage any contractor or supplier introduced by DJ REVVY GLOBAL without prior written authorization from Founder Dj Revvy shall constitute an immediate willful breach, incurring liquidated damages of USD $1,000,000 (or RM 3,000,000 MYR) as a pre-agreed genuine pre-estimate of loss, payable immediately upon demand.

09 Non-Disparagement & Brand Reputation Defense

Clients and patrons agree not to make, post, publish, or circulate any disparaging, defamatory, or false statements regarding DJ REVVY GLOBAL, its services, or Founder Dj Revvy across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Google Reviews), industry forums, or press outlets. Any breach will be met with immediate legal prosecution for defamation and injunctive relief in the High Court of Malaya.

10 Governing Law & Exclusive Kuala Lumpur Jurisdiction

This Charter, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to its execution, interpretation, or enforcement, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, waiving any objection based on forum non conveniens or venue location.
