Welcome to DJ Revvy. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking an event or purchasing merchandise.

1. Services Provided

DJ Revvy provides professional entertainment services, including DJ performances, Music Production (remixes/mashups), Event Management, Drone Videography, and Photography. We also offer official merchandise and event ticket sales via our digital platforms.

2. Bookings & Payments

All service inquiries and ticket bookings are facilitated through our official contact channels. A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. Note: Deposits for event services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your individual service agreement.

3. Merchandise & Shipping

All apparel and merchandise (such as the "Macha Vibes" collection) are subject to availability. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of purchase via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The DJ Revvy name, logo, and original media content are the property of DJ Revvy. Music remixes and mashups are provided for entertainment purposes; ownership of original compositions remains with the respective labels (e.g., Saregama India Ltd, Lotus Five Star). You may not reproduce or distribute site content without written consent.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in activities that:

• Violate local laws in Malaysia or international jurisdictions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our booking systems.
• Misrepresent your identity for ticket purchases or bookings.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property of the artists featured in our mixes.

6. Limitation of Liability

DJ Revvy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at events. Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties regarding uninterrupted access.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively within the Malaysian court system.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
