01 Sovereign Entity, Executive Sovereignty & Scope
This Privacy Policy and Sovereign Data Governance Charter ("Charter" or "Policy") constitutes a binding, unilateral covenant and corporate constitution established by DJ REVVY GLOBAL (operating under business registration frameworks within Malaysia) and its Founder, Principal Creative Director, and Sole Proprietor, Dj Revvy (collectively referred to as "the Enterprise", "the Company", "we", "us", or "the Founder").
DJ REVVY GLOBAL is engineered to operate at the pinnacle of international entertainment luxury, staging production, high-net-worth beverage distribution, and sensory architectural design. While structured as a proprietary commercial enterprise under the legal architecture of Malaysia, the Enterprise executes administrative, cryptographic, and legal protocols commensurate with multinational blue-chip conglomerates and world-renowned touring artists.
This Charter is drafted, promulgated, and enforced in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (Act 709) ("PDPA"), the Copyright Act 1987 of Malaysia (Act 332), the Trademarks Act 2019 of Malaysia (Act 815), and all corresponding international conventions governing data sovereignty, trade secret preservation, and asset protection.
Executive Sovereignty Mandate: Ultimate, unilateral, final, and non-reviewable authority regarding data classification, identity verification, client admission, security vetting, and commercial engagement vests exclusively, perpetually, and without exception in the sole discretion of the Founder and owner of DJ REVVY GLOBAL (Dj Revvy).
02 Sovereign Personal Asset Protection & Liability Ringfencing
All visitors, VIP patrons, corporate sponsors, wedding clients, venue proprietors, and prospective partners (collectively, "User" or "Client") explicitly acknowledge and irrevocably agree that:
- Total Personal Estate Insulation: All commercial, contractual, and operational interactions conducted through this platform or through direct executive concierge channels are strictly limited to the commercial sphere of the enterprise entity. The Founder's personal assets, private estates, residential holdings, intellectual family trusts, personal bank accounts, and unrelated commercial holdings are completely insulated, shielded, and ringfenced against any operational liabilities, third-party claims, indemnity demands, or arbitral awards.
- Sovereign Defense Posture: The Enterprise maintains a defensive posture of maximum legal resistance against frivolous litigation, vexatious claims, third-party tort claims, or unauthorized regulatory overreach, invoking all statutory shields and common law remedies available under Malaysian jurisprudence.
03 Intellectual Property & Digital Asset Sovereignty
Pursuant to the Copyright Act 1987 (Act 332) and the Trademarks Act 2019 (Act 815) of Malaysia:
- Sole Proprietary Ownership: All logos, insignia, emblems (including the stylized "R." monogram and "DJ REVVY GLOBAL" wordmarks), audio recordings, DJ set bootlegs, live festival stems, musical mixes, sound design elements, stage lighting programs, photographs, videographic reels, brochures (including the 2026 MSC Event Management Brochure), interface designs, and bespoke software source code are the sole, exclusive, and unalienable property of DJ REVVY GLOBAL and its Founder (Dj Revvy).
- Strict Prohibition of Unauthorized Exploitation: No user, commercial competitor, media outlet, artificial intelligence crawler, or automated scraper is granted any license, title, ownership, or implied interest in any intellectual property of the Enterprise. The scraping, reproduction, decompilation, public re-broadcasting, commercial mirroring, or feeding of any asset into machine learning models without express, notarized written authorization from the Founder is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate statutory injunctions and punitive damages in the High Court of Malaya.
04 High-Net-Worth Data Categories & Collection Protocols
To execute bespoke luxury entertainment, stadium-grade acoustic installations, private reserve beverage distributions, and VIP event management, the Enterprise collects only verified and necessary commercial intelligence through direct voluntary submission:
- Client Identity & VIP Dossier: Full legal name, official corporate or institutional affiliation, designation, verified direct telephone coordinate, active WhatsApp concierge handle, and encrypted corporate email coordinate.
- Production Itinerary & Venue Parameters: Event date, venue geolocation coordinates, architectural floor plans, ceiling rigging tolerances, guest count estimates, power distribution capacity, and VIP artist green room specifications.
- Beverage & Inventory Procurement Data: Requested duty-paid or bonded liquor allocations (whisky, vodka, soju, champagne), delivery logistics windows, and licensed receiving party authorizations.
-
Cryptographic & Telemetry Telematics: Ephemeral browser security headers,
viewport dimensions, TLS handshake parameters, cryptographic submission tokens, and unique
client audit references (e.g.,
REV-2026-XXXX) deployed exclusively for intrusion prevention and rate limiting.
05 Strict Codification of the 7 Statutory PDPA Principles
In accordance with the statutory requirements of the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), all data processing adheres strictly to the Seven Data Protection Principles:
- 1. General Principle: Data is collected and processed solely for lawful, explicit purposes directly related to our eight commercial verticals, and only with the explicit consent of the data subject or pursuant to contractual execution.
- 2. Notice and Choice Principle: Comprehensive written notice is provided regarding the purposes of collection, client statutory rights, and our direct communication channels before or at the time of intake.
- 3. Disclosure Principle: Personal data is never disclosed to unauthorized third parties without prior written consent, unless mandated by statutory subpoenas or law enforcement warrants issued by Malaysian judicial authorities.
- 4. Security Principle: Military-grade technical, cryptographic, physical, and administrative safeguards are continuously enforced to prevent loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized access, or accidental disclosure.
- 5. Retention Principle: Personal records are retained only for the minimum duration required to fulfill contractual performances, maintain statutory accounting and tax compliance under Malaysian revenue laws, or enforce legal remedies.
- 6. Data Integrity Principle: All reasonable measures are implemented to ensure that personal records are accurate, complete, not misleading, and kept up-to-date for their intended purpose.
- 7. Access Principle: Data subjects retain statutory rights to request access to and correction of their personal data, subject to identity verification protocols and Section 30 of Act 709.
06 Absolute Anti-Monetization & Shielded Concierge Protocol
DJ REVVY GLOBAL enforces an uncompromising, zero-tolerance standard against data commercialization:
Zero-Commercialization Guarantee: Under no circumstance has DJ REVVY GLOBAL or its Founder ever sold, leased, rented, brokered, syndicated, or traded client data, guest lists, contact details, or event specifications to third-party ad brokers, marketing syndicates, or external data aggregators. Every client interaction is treated with the highest tier of private banking confidentiality.
07 Cryptographic Security & Defensive Cyber Architecture
All digital infrastructure powering DJ REVVY GLOBAL is designed with defense-in-depth principles:
- Cryptographic Transport: End-to-end transport layer security utilizing modern TLS 1.3 encryption protocols, strict HTTPS enforcement, and secure DNSSEC routing.
-
Tamper-Resistant Reference Tokens: Client inquiries automatically
generate localized SHA-based booking audit numbers (e.g.,
REV-2026-XXXX) stored in client-side secure storage without server-side plaintext exposure. - Restricted Operational Access: Access to client dossiers is restricted strictly to cleared personnel (e.g., Lead Audio Engineer, Executive Transportation Coordinator) on a need-to-know basis subject to signed non-disclosure agreements.
08 Cross-Border Data Flows & International Touring Standards
Where international touring, overseas festival engagements (e.g., Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Dubai, United Kingdom), or cross-border logistics require the transmission of technical riders, artist manifests, or stage personnel details, such transfers strictly comply with Section 129 of the PDPA 2010, ensuring reciprocal data protection standards and contractual confidentiality guarantees.
